Morning After Sex :-)

I guess a pump it will be, I have one but never used it for sex, sounds like a reasonable idea.

 

Curt, I just couldn't help but wonder, what do you use the pump for?

If you talk to more than one uro, you'll get more than one opinion on the pump during rehab.

My uro thinks it is of only marginal value, but that value is because it stretches the tissue, and pulls in blood. I've lost track of the name of the book, but there is a recent one which proposes that penile atrophy includes the buildup of a plaque-like crust on the inside of the chambers, much as plaque builds on the inside of blood vessels. His opinion was that any rehab should include one or more sessions a day of plumping the poor guy up, holding for a very few minutes, releasing, and doing it again. This keeps blood moving it and out, and reduces the plaque buildup.

Thanks 142 and Curt.  Ron did try the pump once, but because of his testicle pain, he has to postpone its use.  He has tried the pills but got terrible headaches and back pains.  He is wondering about this MUSE.  Right now he is healing from his testicle surgery from last month.  He has ruled out the injections.  about the plumping out - it mostly works in the shower and is at attention in the morning, but must make that trip to the bathroom.  He's a bit older, so that trip is needed.  But I believe these two events are hopeful.  Not like before, but fear of performance is there.  I have reassured him that this is our journey together and we will not give up!

Main goal right now is to get rid of the constant pain unrelated to PCa.

Just want to share one thing with you gentlemen.  Several of us wives have talked about something.
