SO, two years ago - @ 51, robot removed G 4+3 with Tertiary pattern Grade 5 also present, tumor occupies 75% of the total gland, involves both lobes with focal extraprostativ extension, perineural invasion is present, tumor is present in bladder neck and extends to inked surface...high grade prostatic interaepithelial neoplasta, chronic inflamation. Pathologic stage pt 3.
After radiation I have been 1 year of "undetectable".
SO, if you were me, knowing what I KNOW NOW.. would you have gone for surgery and then radiation?
