I was using a prostate supplement from Costco which has saw palmetto as the main ingredient. I have since went off it as I'm not some urologists think saw palmetto can mask PSA numbers and there is some controversy regarding potential side-effects. My supplements are mostly more natural now:
Pomegranate juice in the morning with turmeric, black pepper, oregano and rosemary - not as bad as it sounds; sort of refreshing
Vitamin D supplement in the morning and evening
Combined Grape seed extract and reservatrol supplement (purchase at Costco)
