Nocturnals after RRP- what next?

I am just over seven months after RRP and struggling with ED. Injecting twice a week and taking levitra 10mg at bedtime on other days.  In the last few weeks I have been waking at 4 AM with partial erections - they last a minute or so.  I am hoping that this is a sign of recovery.  Did others note this and where did it go from there?  Thanks in advance.

HCV-- I would surely take that as a good sign. I am 4 months post da-vinci and in the last week I have successfully stimulated myself into a solid erection twice (with orgasm). No nocturnals, but during the day, I can get a partial erection without direct stimulation. A month ago, I got zilch, and was very depressed. Signs of life are signs of hope; once things started to wake up, I got a lot more determined and optimistic, and I think that's been a huge help. I am on a daily cialis 5, with a 20 once a week (or twice if I choose). My doc has also given me MUSE to use, which I've done, and it helped, but now it seems unnecessary, at least for now. I have been using a pump daily, following a protocol of giving myself 5-7 consecutive erections for one minute each. The value of the pump is disputed in the literature but it can't hurt and it's encouraging to see my unit stand at attention, even if it's in a vacuum tube. This is a place to be blunt, so I will be: doing any of this with my wife works far less well than going at it on my own. With a partner, there are just too many variables at this point. We have a good marriage and can be honest with one another but even so, sex that's only about my erection is a stressor, and that's the last thing my johnson needs. So I took off the stress, and now I'm getting results, and I hope at some near future time to present her with an erection that we can both enjoy. And there's nothing secretive about this, incidentally. I've told my wife everything and my reasoning behind it. Trying to have sex with my uncooperative unit was stressing her out too. So each evening she finishes washing up, wishes me a flirty good luck, off I go to the shower and report back to her when it's all done and we have a fine chat about my progress. This has lifted not only my johnson but my spirits as well.

For the record, I'm 50 years old, gleason 3+3, negative margins, otherwise good health, no prior history of ED. Mostly continent at six weeks, completely continent now.

The daily dose (5mg) of Cialis needs to be taken daily (unless you are using another pill on the days off). It was explained to me that you want to keep the level of the Cialis in your system at a constant level for best results.
