I believe Dr. Myers suggests 800 mg of LEF Curcumin daily. But, a lot of interesting info on different types.
The LEF brand of curcumin says it has up to 7 times greater absorption. Another type called Meriva Curcumin claims a much higher 29 times greater absorption. I haven't found any articles on head to head comparisons.
