thanks for your reply. General Health is good and I'm active exerciser, etc. I'm currently not on hormones. UO discussed taking casodex and then lupron every three months.

7/29/10 - Began 27 external beam radiation treatments
8/24/10 - Lupron shot after that psa went down to as low as .12

11/26/12 MRI and Sodium Floride Pet Scan - no evidence of cancer spread in either scan

Have appointment with RO and with UO a couple of weeks later. I have been seen by a younger urologic surgeon in same office as Dr Crawford at University of Colorado Heath Science Center. he does DaVinci type of surgery.
