To start and a short history.
I was passing blood in July, the usual, got checked ,went through ultra sound and cat scan of the kidneys, bladder and had a 16 biopsy done on the prostate.
Well the bad news came in like a train crash.
Bladder tumors and T2B 3+4 in the prostate with a PSA of 5.5 all contained within the prostate.
Had the tumors removed in october and got lucky, not related to Prostate cancer. Hell I was blessed on the tumors, I would have been looking at the blader and prostate removal.
It took 6 weeks to get over the tumor removal as bladder spasms were a common occurance at every turn. Nothing touched the pain except for a hotsteam shower.
I must have taken 8 showers a day for 5-6 weeks . Could not go to work.
Well that is over with.
Now to tackle the prostate.Doctors say I need to start before the cells escape.
Not looking forward to this but have gained much information over the last couple of weeks.
Thanks for all of the input that you guys have posted as the doctors seem to spoon out information in dribs and drabs.
Martin.
