1/23 -- 40 minutes bike. i did 20 minutes on one bike and 20 on another and just as i suspected the first bike (which i have been using more lately) has maybe 10% more resistance then the other bike. i felt a bit better today but i have been tired all week and my legs have been heavy. i've been having to take a nap almost daily too for about
an hour or so, and i was never a napper before.
anyhow i got in five days this week. 2.5 hours weights and 3 hours bike. same as last week.
i'll probably take tomorrow off. thanx everyone for the inspiration and motivation !
