Very sorry for your loss. Very shocking and sad that something like this can just happen out of the blue. I hope you can find strength in this period to cope with this as best as you can.

I am so sorry for your tragic loss.
As you know on this site, when someone asks "How do I know if I've beaten this disease?" we always answer: "When you die of something else."
Greg stayed in the zero club. He never needed radiation. He beat Cancer!

Breathe... Just breathe.

Thank you to all who have posted such kind messages of support to me.

As some of you have said - sudden death is so shocking when you are expecting prostate cancer to be the problem. I am glad Greg no longer has to worry about his PSA.

I am very, very sorry to hear of you losing your husband. A very good friend of ours had the exact experience you described with her husband just recently. God is the great healer of hearts and close friends and family can help heal your hurts. God bless!

I can only commend you for being with Greg when he died at such a young age..I hope that you find some consolation in being with him every step of the way--Your husband did not die alone. My prayers and admiration to you--God Bless.

Darcy, I read your story with blurry eyes, but am hopeful that Gregg did not suffer those last few minutes of his life. He did not have to go through all of the discomfort that most of us here on this blog are going thru....he went fast and did not linger. He is with our Lord in the bright sun shine and never ending peaceful land, and we are left here to linger....prayers and best wishes for better tomorrows.....even though this is a bittersweet time for you....
