We had a great time at the pre Cajun GFMPH Campout! Fish should fear Sonny and it was funny to watch him tell other "pros" almost where he caught them! I broke camp yesterday and made my way to New Orleans to meet the Wampuscats! They know the town pretty well and it was like having a guide. I guess Bourbon St parties all year long, cause it was like Mardi Gra without the crowd, thats all Im saying....


Today we will be meeting the youngsters (Cmetalman & wife). Should be another great day. Hey Nolavette, catch up with us today. send me an email

Once we recover from today, we will head over to Cajun Jeffs tomorrow for the real party.

So we have annual GFMPHS! Cajun in April, Yankee in September and a first cruise (I forget when). We need someone in the West to step up! (Hint Hint Skooley)

Sitting here on the patio at Jeff's place and waiting for the rest of you to arrive. All kinds of finishing activities going on here. Will be trimming some trees so all of the other RVs can get in and park among the pecan trees. Laying brick for the fire pit. Hanging TVs, building bars and well you get the picture.

And all of this is GFMPH. Can't wait for my friends to get here, looking forward to the great greeting hugs.

My GFMPH trip started a week ago last Monday and it has been a blast. The GFMPH camping trip was a blast. We had so much fun that we decided to make it an annual thing in the spring.

Jeff got called into work this morning for a quick meeting and I know he is worried about what project I may start next before he gets home. He should be worried, my creative juices are flowing.

Ya'll need to get here soon before I start remodeling the whole dang house.

Shoot, Sonny, I am sitting here in a Hotel room in Hattiesburg so wishing I was with my most gooderest friends in BR, but the wife has to work today and she has the big paying job and brings home the bacon. Will be to CJ's house by 4pm tomorrow so STOP SUCKING OUT ALL THE FUN!!!

BTW I  see Raddad smiling down on all of you guys today with his spirit of GFMPH and it beat me to GFMPH Cajun Style.

Cajun GFMPH is just beginning today and we will be talking and celebrating getting to know Raddad because of them. We will also be talking and thinking about all those on this forum who we consider our brothers and sisters, who are beating this crap by supporting each other. We understand not all are in a position for various reasons, to come to these, but they also are on our minds.

This time we will also be missing another member who comes to these, Goodlife. There is another thread about his accident and I will quote one of the post from Steve n Dallas.
