Pww099,
I do not know what your URO told you but the majority of surgery guys are not fully continent the first month after surgery. It takes time to heal and getting use to the new plumbing. It can take as much as 6 months to a year to regain continence. I was one of the lucky guys as it took me almost 4 weeks and I leaked like a sieve before that day I got dry. Give yourself more time and discuss your issues with the doctor or surgeon, most URO's have services offering rehab classes in regaining continence. Many of the guys in this forum with continence issues were Gleason 8 and 9 pathology whose surgeries required more tissue removal often damaging the sphincter resulting in continence issues. You say you are doing Kegels but you can over do them tiring the pelvic muscle that controls the one sphincter you now have.
Just hang in there, give it time and things will get better.
