Welcome aboard! Sounds like your husband is doing well so far so celebrate.
I also came out with a couple of positive margins. Kind of puts a downer on a successful surgery. My Gleason went from 6 to 7 so it is good news that you husband's stayed at 6.
I worried my self sick the first 3 months of recovery about
the positive margins. You know what they say about
worrying, It is like riding a rocking horse, it gives you something to do but doesn't get you any where.
PCa is a slow growing cancer. Recurrence can and may happen. My surgeon gives me a 20% chance in the next 10 years of recurrence. I have finally accepted that and life goes on. Try not to WORRY about
it now. Keep yourselves educated about
what may happen but live for today,.
