Thanks for all of the encouragement. BB, to answer your question:
1) I've been taking for a long time: Curcumin with pepperine, pomegranite extract, Zyflamend, resveratol, astaxanthin, reishi mushroom extract, vit D, cayenne, broccoli and a garlic/ginger supplement. Also drink lots of green tea, excersize and stay fit, eat a good (not extreme) diet with limited red meat and dairy. We grow and eat lots of tomatoes.
2) What I have added in the past 6 months or so: propolis, IP-6 and Modified citrus pectin.
I can't begin to guess which, if any of these things, are providing benefit. However, I willl tell you this. I will be 66 years old in a couple weeks and I literally feel as healthy and strong as when I was 30. I have no muscle or joint pain, no issues with ED or incontinence. Again, I don't know if any of these supplements have anything whatsoever to do with it but, I am not going to risk stopping them -- even tho it is relatively expensive. If they keep me out of the radiation lab, they are worth every penny.
