Today I met with my Uro to get the results of my first PSA test. Had it done on the 14th then left for a weeks vacation to Minnesota (ran the ZERO Prostate run around Lake Nokomis while there).
Anyway, he said the result was a undetectable, ZERO! I asked if it was the ultra sensitive and he said based on the latest studies, there is no need of going out decimal places. He says it's all good and I really don't need the added stress of the decimals (my opinion).
3 months out I am not dry. He has arranged for me to see a phy therapist for added help. I'm pretty active though, running plus doing Camp Gladiator 3x a week. I'm at two pads, one during the day and one at night, although on the Camp Gladiator days I use one for the workout. Still, I down to about
15 grams on normal days and maybe 23-28 grams on workout days.
I'm grateful for all of the information and sharing that happens on this site. I don't post much but I do visit very often. So, Thank You ALL
Cheers,
Rick

Hey Rick, thanks for the update and CONGRATS on being a big ZERO! Best of luck with the continency issue, hopefully the PT will take care of things.

Way to go Rick! Welcome to the Zero Club. Your membership has been approved.
ZERO or UNDETECTABLE means the same right now, no sign of PCa.

Way to go Rick! I am right behind you and running some also. Hoping the running and the Kegels will eventually wean me from the guards. Good luck to you!
