Hello,

My surgery is at 12:00PM today at Vanderbilt.  Thanks for all the input from members on this board.  I now know what to expect as far as the surgery process and recovery period.

See you on the other side.

Hey dkeinv - here's positive thoughts and wishes coming your way today! Yep, we'll be here when you pop up on the other side so keep us posted!

You did great research on finding Vandy and Dr. Smith, so keep that in your pocket and stay positive, you'll do great!

good-luck,  heres to a  full recovery, and as others have said walk the hospital as much as you can without overdoing it, I believe it helped me with the continence issue .
