Well here I am 2 months after my last post. still not drinking and wife no longer wants divorce. 2.5 years after last erection I can now report the following.

trimix.....How does this stuff work!!! guys it is not at painful to inject. the needles are paper thin and the injection site does not even bleed.
this is the most effective way to achieve a firm 100 percent usable erection for me. had to play with the dose a bit as the first 3 uses had an erection that lasted very close to 4 hours all 3 times. I gues in this les is more.

Viagra...... This works 100mg. I also use a pump with this. Very workable erections.

nocternal erections.....they are becoming more frequent

Drum roll please.........Had 1st unaided erection this pat Tuesday. I swear I nearly cried with joy.

My point to all of this is that after a year of trying I gave up figuring that if it happened then it would never happen. I could not have been more wrong. drowning myself in bottles of wine(Red of course) and having very negative feelings about myself was not the correct way to deal with the problem. If it hadn't happened to me ( Successful erection) I would not have believed it possible. my wife and I have been very busy making up for lost time. for the first time since surgery I actually feel good. Keep trying guys it actually feels better now than before surgery..

Current Psa @.07 and holding.

Encouraging post.

I have recently had some improvement as well after thinking I had plateau'd again. I have been able to get a 90% erection just by using a constriction ring. I have found it doesn't need to be tight. If just needs to be enough to help with venous leak. I have also found that my orgasms have been much improved.

As I've said before... My wife is my best friend. bimix is a close second :)

Thanks for the encouraging post. It's been about 27 months since my surgery and I'm still at bupkis. I use Bimix and it works well enough but I would love to a return to unaided erections. I'll keep plugging on.

My husband is starting to freak out because he is approaching the one year anniversary of his surgery and he is not getting erections. While he gets nocturnal ones, he doesn't get them when he is awake. He uses trimix for rehab but not for intimacy because it is uncomfortable. My husband is a very upbeat guy - not prone to depression at all - but he says he gets depressed about it at times. His ED is not affecting our relationship but his mental attitude towards his ED is.

..Nocturnal erections will most likely lead to real ones if you keep a cool head..
..I have what they call the triple threat, surgery / Radiation / HT, I was told only 5% of men will return to the playing field with normal erections. I only hope I could be one of them, at the sake of not sounding too selfish, it now is just a dream I wish for. Trimix is working well and inspiration from my PAc brothers makes me have hope. So thank you for sharing, we can do this..

Congratulations, volv9300! Trimix is a wonder drug, isn't it? I'm glad to hear that it's starting to fix the ED problem. I wish that it had worked that fast for me but every case is different and I'm satisfied that it works for me at all. In any case, success stories are always great to read - thank you for sharing yours!

Congrats, volv9300, I will read more about Trimix. I still have nothing going on but only 13 weeks after RP. I am however starting RT next Wednesday for the first time thinking it will only set me back more.

Thanks volv9300 for the info.  It's nice to know that there's some "upside" to sticking a needle into your nether regions.   I'm 5 months post Mr Da Vinci and I've just started to achieve some full erections with the help of my pal Cialis and a lot of stimulation. 

I'm looking forward to the day that it'll all just happen on it's own, although my pharmacist may disagree.  I'm pretty optimistic as things continue to get better.

Hi guys,

Been away a while, and figured I'd jump right back in.

I have not tried bi/tri mix. I still cant get my head around sticking myself with a needle. Viagra or Cialis is only 50% effective (meaning 50% of the time I get a usable erection). Got some hope from volv9300's post that there are still improvements after 2 years.

Funny story. The doctor gave me some new pills (unrelated) was going over the side effects, and mentioned that it could cause more frequent nocturnal erections, then he looked up and smiled, "maybe kill two birds with one stone, no?". (P.S. "no")
