Dave's 6 months PSA is ZERO!!!! WOOHOO!!!!

"His" Red Sox won the world series!

We are off to Mexico on Thursday for 10 days for a much needed vacation.

He is seriously happy!

Congratulations! Beth and I will be in Puerto Vallarta for two weeks in February, and that is certainly GFMPH!.

And to top everything off, my GFR (kidney function) is in the normal range for the first time in 4 years. I have kidney disease. Normal GFR is 60+. I've been in the 35-45 range for 4 years. I was a 61 today!

0 61. Love those numbers!
