I don't think I did a good job at explaining my position.
I'm saying someone who does not exude confidence or buy into the ribbon movement can still be hardcore about
fighting whatever it is he she needs to fight.
It would be different if you were leading an army or posse into a fight or joint venture of whatever nature, but we're not talking about
that.

Just to give a practical example, when I told my assistants and top managers that I had cancer a few of them cried, not me. With them I was positive and told them all would be well and we were talking about
a few weeks away form the office at the most. The emotions I conveyed to them wer eobviously simpler than the turmoil I actually had going on inside of me.
