i'm sure you're going to get some more qualified responses soon (I didn't have issues during the day but was one of the rare cases that had night issues , they have seemed to worked themselves out) but from what I've read here you seem to be doing very well. You must just be more fatigued in the afternoon, the one thing I can tell you it's very early in your recovery and progress is measured in weeks or months not days. also walking is very good for your pelvic floor muscles so you are doing the rite thing keep it up.
