Anybody has a double belly button

It is now over 5 weeks since my robotic surgery. Looking in the mirror it looks like I have a bew navels (belly buttons) above the original one. A couple of years ago I had a laproscopic gallbladder removal where one of the camera port was inside the navel just a couple of millimeters below it. Just wondering if that is why the surgeon went above the navel this time.

Anybody else received a double navel?

Let me do a daaa-ble check. No double navel here, but my cut is also above the belly button. I think that's the typical spot for robotic surgery for prostate.

Mine is above the belly button also. You can barely see it now 16 months later. All the other ports are healed over.

No doubt! I too have what looks like a double belly button at first glance. I now have an inny directly above the original inny. Gonna start working on this gut some, we'll see if that helps.

Mine is directly above and it resulted in a vertical crease. First time I looked in the mirror it looked like a tiny little arse. Now four years later it still looks like a miniature arse.

I can't imagine what it will look like when I gain weight from the new HT journey I am about to begin.

Sherry won't let you get fat! After 3 years on lupron I only gained 5 # and I don't have the physical regime that you do..You will be fine.

I had both an outy and an inny... Then I got my umbilical hernia repaired.

Year later PCa surgeon had to go above and then under the hernia repair.

I have little indentation from the main prostatectomy opening just above my navel. And I too, had an umbilical hernia. Probably from the surgery. I had it fixed. Easy procedure.

Mine is just above the belly button -- still feels hard 2 months after the operation.

Me, too. open RRP 6 years ago. MRSA infection at top of incision. Healed with a depression about 1 inch below navel. I exercise, but it would take plastic surgery to remove it (losing weight has not changed it). Guess what -- I am NOT having plastic surgery.

Sorry Sonny but something you ought to know as you embark on HT.

Due to the Lupron since I have not had surgery, there is what appears to be a second belly button below the first, but at least it's still an outie.

I used to refer to it as my penis.

Well the biggest portion of my scar is above the button. Because my hole opened as soon as they took staples out a funny thing happened. The cut opened up very near the button. Nurse said don't worry it will heal from inside out which it did. It probably added two week weeks before is closed though. Anyhow it deformed my bellybutton and combined with the vertical four inch scar running from the button straight up I have a nice replica of a VAGINA on my belly. yeah

There are so many things I could say--most totally inappropriate because of my rather warped sense of humor. So in keeping with the season, I will simply say: SWEET!!
