I underwent several trials of ED Meds with my primary doctor. The only one that worked was Viagra. I am a lucky survivor of pancreatic cancer, after 18 major surgeries but glad to be alive. My health insurance medication provider - Express scripts, denied coverage for Viagra, and instead approved Cialis, with a 60.00 copay for 6 tablets, that did nothing for me. I went to my Urologist, who introduced me to TRIMIX - he said it was inexpensive for what it would do for me. I had it injected at the urologist, and darn IT WORKED. He prescribed the TRIMIX, and his office here in Austin, TX, called in the script to a pharmacy in Florida. This was on April 2, 2014. He said the pharmacy would be calling within 48 hours, today April 7, I called the urologist, because I had not been contacted. They gave me the pharmacy phone number in Florida. I called and to my surprise my Blue Cross Blue Shield, drug plan administrator EXPRESS script, had approved the TRIMIX, with only a 30.00, copay. I will receive it tomorrow :). I was also told by the pharmacy that they would send refills every month using my credit card I used for the copay. They also said if for any reason the refills don't get approved, they would contact me and not charge any more than my copay. Great way to start a week!!
