Absolutely! It is miserable at times. I can't seem to put thoughts together and if I don't do something right away, it is forgotten. I've used the phrase "I don't remember" more in the last 3 months than the previous 50 years. Really.
Amazingly, it has no impact on my long term memory. I am a mathematician and I was even able to publish a paper a few months ago. I teach and it has had zero impact on my job. Just don't ask me what I ate for lunch!
I believe there was a very good thread here very recently...but I DON'T REMEMBER the title!
It was about the cognitive aspects of ADT. I might have even started it.
Mel (hopefully I'll have good PSA news next week -- if so, I can go on a much deserved HT vacation)
