Just got my latest blood work. All markers look good this month.

Hang in there everyone...waiting for results is not easy...but know we are all here for you regardless of results.

Received my pathology report today:

pT3a
GS: 4+5 (same as biopsy)
Margins: neg
Lymph nodes (16): neg
Seminal Ves.: neg
EPE: yes
PNI: yes

Other than the PNI looks like a decent report to me. First PSA check due in 9 weeks.

An, as ever you are sweet to remember, and thank for your good wishes. Had one hickup. In among other tests it was .04 but different method used by lab and they claim NOT to be doing an ultra sensitive anymore. So I insisted on a retest, single, with proper referral and all history documented. Retest came back as we expected, so the lesson I have learnt here is that from now on CJ will have a separate, well documented and accurate referral for his annual PSA. Not one thrown in randomly with other tests. We were on our way back to Stricker but now have changed our minds, and are happy with the usual result of .03 consistent with the last 6 years. I will have monthly labs end of the month as well as C-11 Choline, endorectal MRI, & some other work to get ready for radiation. Can't wait.... smhair

Nothing new to report, but...Starting to get a bit nervous. Usually it starts much more in advance!!!

I'll get results late Tuesday afternoon. They are doing lots of tests, so I suspect SOMETHING will be amiss (take enough thests and something will show up Right?). The biggie is my PSA. That's always the most worrisome. This time, I am expecting decent results.

Just had my first post-op PSA test at 14 weeks. Undetectable on a standard assay. I'm having a margarita and I'll buy if anyone else shows up.

That is what you wanted to see, undectectable!

Seems to me it's been a while since we've had a test results thread with so many reports of undetectable or good results. That's great!

Just got my own 6-months test results back, and still in the zero club, coming in again at <0.1!

Big congrats to all the zero club guys. Life is good.

I'm due for my annual PSA test this month, but I'm scheduled for an annual physical in June, so I think I'll just hold off a few weeks.

Or is that just taunting the cancer gods?

Wow, Gunner, that is wonderful news.

I see you have to do these %$#@ tests every month.

I find it difficult emotionally to do them every two months!!

Great reports..Thanks for starting this thread Mel. Outstanding report by the "Other Lieutenant", John T, for crossing the Rubicon at 5 years and great to hear that Big Mac is doing fine; thanks for "paying it forward" and your tips about frozen "green peas". For once, it was almost a pleasure to read these posts. Gunner you are blazing a new path and I wish you the best.
