slow rise to 0.2 at 3yrs post op. what to do?

Just got my 3 yr psa which rose to 0.2 from 0.1 nine months ago .Iwas at 0.1 since rrp on 4/27/2011. Got two different lab results both at 0.2. two weeks apart.
Making an apt with rad onc tomorrow.
My question to those who may know is can rad treatment still bring me a cure if its confined to prostate bed and should I jump right to it or wait for a 3 month follow up test to see if it rises again. I think I read somewhere that one guys psa stayed at 0.2 for 8 yrs before it took another slow rise and he started rads.

Stats 48 yrs old
gleason 6 with psa of 4.2 at surgery.
path showed g6 post rrp.
no post op problems.
