tri-mix novice with questions

Ok, so I started with bi-mix, then bi-mix3. bi-mix3 didn't seem to work any better than the starter bi-mix. I needed 45 units to work at all. So now I'm on tri-mix 8.33mcg PGE1-.833mg phentolamine-22.5mg papaverine/ml. Started at 10 units then 10.2 for second dose. Erection is satisfyingly hard. It still seems to decline rapidly if I lay down. so positions are more vertical now. And it dissipates rapidly after orgasm, like in the old days. I do feel quite a bit of aching pain mostly along the urethra and toward the scrotum. Sitting down or laying down helps that dissipate but it's pretty darn uncomfortable.

Are my reactions to this mix normal? Does the pain subside after I use it for a while?

Also, we are going on a cruise in Greece for 16 days starting Sunday. I could take the tri-mix along but I'm not so sure it would survive flights and so on without refrigeration. The first part of the trip won't be on the ship so I don't know if there will be refrigeration. I have Cialis sampler from the doc that I could use during the trip instead.

Hoping my Tuesday PSA test comes back ok before we leave.

Any recommendations?

I took Trimix on 12 hour trip home to destination island and back again without refrigeration six months ago. I'm still using same script & requiring slightly smaller dosage.

Alprostadil (PGE1) in trimix causes penile pain in about 20% of users, including me. Bimix, however, which lacks PGE1, does not usually work as well as tri-mix. Trial and error with drug combinations and amount injected is needed. If all else fails, you can get an implant.
