Good evening boys,
I have my first post op PSA 1JUL2014. My question is does anything affect the results like prior to surgery?

Since you have no prostate, there is nothing to generate Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA). I hope you have lots of sex!

With your stats your PSA should be zero or if you're not using ultra sensitive lab it should be <.1 . The only thing that generates PSA after Prostate has been removed is 1. Some prostate not removed or 2. PCa
Good luck
