Hello to all, I am new to this forum so forgive me if I am not polished in terminology and knowledge. I just discovered you guys a few weeks ago. I wish I would have found you about 9 months ago.
63yrs old, fairly good health for a fat man. I lost 48lbs before my surgery. No HP or sugar issues, heart strong as an ox. I have had ED for 20 yrs, but wife and I work around those issues. She is a blessing!!!! Cute too.
PSA May of 2013 was 4.5, rechecked Aug 2013 it was 6. Doc sent me to the URO and he preformed the fickle finger of fate test and found a tumor on the right side. Sept 2013 I had a biopsy very unique experience to say the least. Gleason was 3 + 3. Had DeVinci on March 11 2014. Complications do to scar tissue from stomach problems in 2009. 4hrs in surgery and 5 days in the hospital on mega pain meds. I had a real rough time with the pain. The catherter stayed in 3 weeks, that was a real treat. Started calling it OLD YELLOW. Of course the first to weeks I called it Red. This has been a rough 4 months, but i am down to one pad a day. Got brave the other night and left it out. about midnight wife was up changing the sheets, I am standing there feeling like a 4yr old that just wet the bed. I really didn't have a clue how much stuff would change. I have had some dark days but as you can see I am a man of faith and life does get better.
Just wanted to say Hello to you guys, this sight has been a blessing to me. Thank you for sharing, I will be back with a thousand questions. Monday July 7th I get my new pump, can't wait to hook that bad boy up. Probably will end up sucking my eyeballs out. LOL Bless you men, have a wonderful 4th!!
