Nopro, glad you are here and sharing your experience with us. I can't recall your story and don't know if you have read of our plump and prick method. It seems to work with the majority of the guys here, resulting in more dependable and repeatable success, with possibly less use of the drug. Here's the short version of it copied from another thread:


As far as technique, its simple, actually. Use the least diameter needle, usually a 5/16" 31 ga. insulin syringe, and inject into the penis midway between the head of the penis and the body, at the 9 or 3 o'clock position. A little milking motion of the penis will help open the cavernous cavities a little, so the drug cane be deposited into the space. A little massage and the erection should begin, usually within 5 to 10 minutes, and if enough drug is injected and adsorbed, results in a penis erect for an hour or so. That's the idea goal. It can vary. Done right, with practice, the injection can and will be painless for most guys. There's no reason to think you would be any different. I don't combine by injections with other items such as pills or pump, but some here do. I, and several other guys, use what I call a pre-plump method to ensure successful injections. It begins with a penis pump, if you have one, and a penis ring. Using the pump, obtain a partial- maybe 30%- erection and apply the ring. This engorges the penis with blood, opening the cavernous cavities and filling them with blood. Then inject into this expanded cavity. Imagine injecting into an uninflated balloon, and putting the drug into the inside, versus injecting into a partially inflated one. That's what is being accomplished with this method. When injecting, you can easily tell when the needle point enters the cavity, as the resistance will drop and the needle will feel like it has 'fallen' into it. Inject and very lightly massage the penis, the purpose is to spread the drug around and ensure optimium adsorption of the drug. Keeping the ring on for 3 or 4 minutes holds the blood (and drug) inside and lets it have the best chance of being adsorbed. Continue to gently massage the penis and the drug around for 3 to 4 minutes, then remove the ring- the blood will most likely run back out of the penis, until the erection begins. You should get the drug induced erection in 5 minutes or so. Most of us who use this method find we can use much less drug, we can control results more consistently from one time to the next and reduce the chance of priaprisms.

Yes, once in a while we will have guys here have a bad experience, resulting in a 4 hour erection and a trip to the hospital or doctors office. It's traumatic, of course, but frankly still part of the risk of using injections. The draining of the penis blood was sorta overkill, IMO, usually the penis is injected with epenephrine(SP) or such, which counteracts the penile injection drug. I have only had one over 4 hour erection, I relieved it with Sufafed, rathert than a hospital visit. That was the first time I self-injected, it was alprostadil and it was the doctors recommended dose, which was 3 times more than I found I needed.

I think that increasing the bimix would increase the risk of the famous 4 hr. erections, rather than add that last little bit you need. The plump and prick method should do the same for you, if you haven't been doing it, and result in a firmer erection, with less risk of priprisms. Just my opinion, from my experience. Hi, I just joined this site a few minutes ago.

I've been using Bimix 30:1 strength about 1-2 times per week for about 6 months. I originally tried Trimix for a month but the pain was too much, and had great difficulty reaching orgasm.

I have a question for those of you who've been using either Trimix or Bimix for an extended period of time. Have you had any issues with penis curvature (Peyronie's disease)? My penis has always had a slight natural curve to the right, when flaccid and erect, but I'm noticing a more pronounced curve to the right in recent months and am very concerned. I know about the increased risk of this occurring with ICP treatments and the possible scarring that causes this. I read somewhere that the penis may curve more in the direction of the scarring, so I've been trying to inject more on the left side recently, although I know it's important to vary the injection site.

Can any of you share your thoughts or experiences on this please? I really feel these injection treatments are a godsend and don't want to stop, but am certainly concerned about the curvature continuing to get worse. I've even purchased a book on Peyronie's disease and have begun trying certain natural remedies in trying to treat it, but it doesn't appear that such methods are typically very successful.

Lastly, have some of you tried using an auto-injector, and if so, would you recommend ?

Another question related to bimix quantity. What are the opinions here on this: if you increase the quantity of the injection, does it extend the time period of the etection or does it increase the firmness of the erection, or can it do both? I've tried various quantities and my own experience is that it simply extends the time period but does not increase rigidity... at least for me. Wondering what others here have experienced.

Different topic, but also one I'm curious about. My current and prior sex partners are unaware that I'm using bimix and they would probably react badly if they knew. I keep getting praised for being the best lover, longest lasting partner, most endurance, shortest recovery periods etc. If they found out it was likely mainly due to a drug I inject in my penis, they'd probably freak out and likely feel that our great sex life has been a charade. And that maybe Im only erect due to the meds and not due to the sexual desire they spark in me. As a result, I've akways kept the medicine and the syringes well hidden. But it sure takes away some of the spontaneity when I always excuse myself and go to the bathroom for 5 minutes to secretly do the injection and walk out with a huge hard on! Do some of you others go through the same thing?

Also, as great as it sounds to have a raging full hard on for two hours straight, after having the first orgasm and you're still fully erect is challenging to explain! I usually say "wow honey that sex wad sooo great I'm still aroused! ". I get weird looks sometmes but then when we have round 2 and I have another orgasm and am STILL hard afterwards, then they get suspicious and ask about Viagra... Lol. And if you have to go out for the night to dinner, with friends, etc and you still have this huge erection.... well it no longer is fun... Just painful and uncomfortable. But I'll endure all these negatives to continue having sex like an 18 year old ****star every weekend ...

I just switched from Caverject(20mg) where I had to mix water and powder, to Bimix 30-1. I have been using Caverjrct for about 10 years,I guess URL figured I didn't need instruction since I been using caverject for so long, I received no instructions on Bimix 30-1, so to anybody who has used it, I would appreciate some input, I have the dosage figured out, just basic instructions. Px sent it, was half frozen, I thawed it out, am guessing it will be ok. The instruction I received were very vague and confusing, My question is: I just draw it out of vile and inject it, no mixing of any kind, and injection site is the same, @3 or 9 o'clock about 3/4 of the down from the top.

Just a comment on the freezing of your BiMix when you got it. My supplier warned me not to keep my BiMix even too cold (refrig cold) as it could precipitate out into crystals. Sure enough, my current vial did develop a cloud of crystals from being in the fridge. And that means any draws I took from the vial would be greatly reduced in potency. So take a close look thru your vial and see if you can see anything like that. Mine even had a good size big crystal that formed. After warming and swirling and leaving it at room temp the crystals did go away. My supplier said keep it cool but not cold and not frozen of course. (Never saw any problems with crystals when I mixed PGE-1 with the Bimix to make trimix - but there I only mixed per syringe -- not a whole 5ml vial).
