Heat or cold? ... Umm, bit confused I'm afraid. The "erectile" nerves are the ones that allow you to get an erection when you are excited. They don't let you feel anything. The nerves that let you feel hot, or cold, or whatever, are different nerves, I think they are called "sensory" nerves.
I take it you had some numbness in your penis after surgery and that seems to be getting better -- is that right?
As for what you can do. There's always the usual stuff but you shouldn't get too discouraged if it doesn't work at first. Your doctor can give you a prescript
ion for pills (Viagra, Cialis, etc.) that help some guys sometimes. Even if the pills don't "
work" the way you hope they will the pills can help keep blood flowing in Mr. Unreliable while you wait for him to return to the party.
Most doctors like to give the pills a few weeks to see if they work but then there are other things he can do to help.
