Distant Recurrence Years Later Data?

I was just wondering if there is any data out there referring to having a distant recurrence years later after removal of the prostate. What's the local versus distant ratio ?

Based on the success rates of salvage radiation, it seems that somewhere about two-thirds of recurrences are local, but a lot depends on individual risk factors. You can get a feeling for your risk of recurrence off of a nomogram.

This one tells you what your risk of a recurrence is at 2, 5,7 & 10 yrs after RP:

This one tells you, if you have a recurrence, whether SRT is likely to be curative, indicating it was local only:

about 10% of all reoccurrence happen after 10 years, some as far out as 20 years. Don't know the ratio of distant to local.

I know there are other guys like me who don't fit into any available nomogram. The one for SRT only allows up to 72 months to be entered for "time to 0.20". In my case I am almost 10 years out from nerve sparing DaVinci with a very slowly rising PSA currently at 0.13 (was 0.15 six months ago).
