We got back from Cali on Friday. My mom called to say my uncle wasn't doing too good. He died the next day of complications do to ALS. The Hawks lost on Sunday. I worked all week and had a memorial today fo my uncle. I just wanted to say hi. The Demdreon trip was good. Johnson and Johnson called last week and might be flying me out to talk to their people tok. Hope all is well. Todd

Sorry about your uncle. I lost my mom to ALS. It's a disease to make one glad all one has is prostate cancer.

Sorry to hear of the loss of your uncle. My favorite uncle died a few years ago and I still miss him.

Also sorry to hear of the loss of the Seahawks. I was rooting for them and sad for the team and its fans for the way they loss. It could have been the most memorable Super Bowl. The Patriots know who should have one!

Thanks for the check in Todd and it sounds like a lot of up and down's. Sorry for your loss of an uncle, but the super bowl was a great game, with two unbelievable plays at the end of the game.

Thanks guys. The memorial was good. I saw lots of cousins I hadn't seen in a long time. I wrote a blog post on the trip and included some pics. It's not my best work but at least I got back on the horse. Todd

Valeant and at least another company have bid on Dendreon. Valeant last offered $400 million and its not final yet.

Yeah. I heard about it in Santa Barbara. They are just happy that Provenge won't be going away. Yoop sent me an email about it and I read the story. The Canadian company has a lot of capital to invest.

Ps we live way up on a hill so flooding does not effect us yet but if global warming is real maybe we will have ocean front property in a few hundred years.

Saturday was the memorial for my uncle. It was good to see all the cousins I hadn't seen in years. I felt bad for the immediate family. Good people hurting
