Sucks doesn't it. I am on-stage in front of several hundred people and doing my thing. Then, for some unknown reason, I sense a little leak. (Pushing, pulling or some sort of physical thing.) Now you just can't look down and see if you are "showing" and you can't run off-stage. Thankfully, it has not shown and my confidence is building daily.
What I am saying is to now worry so much. Try and keep your mind on something else other than your bladder and you will gain more confidence and more control. You never thought of it before surgery right?
What I hate is that I drink a lot of water because of the heat in Southern Cal. and just as I get ready in the restroom, my bladder thinks I am totally ready. Lots of close calls. Hopefully, my body will give me better warnings as time goes on...
