Yes I relented, as I had more anxiety not taking one as taking one. Putting my head in the sand does nothing, as the " enemy " is anxiety and there will always be a source for that in the flesh. So an ultra it will be, goes off island so it will be a bit be for I know. No anxiety as yet…fully expect undetectable…will handle any otherwise. Anxiety will probably occur as I check the medical portal for the results staring wednesday.
met with new, to the island, urologist. I liked him, felt I should do
them once a year, but knew his limits on convincing me. This was counter intuitively wise of him, because just that wisdom convinced me to do it. A younger man, early thirties. Plus I have sensed lot of small news on reagon and his wife nancy…so magical thinking, a quickening, bullcrap….whatevahs. I did it…. there is a lot of power in a decision made. Off to some small but fun surf, check out my new paddle….the rudder one gone by by in the hands of I suppose someone who needed it more.. I forgot it after a session in the water and when I returned…gone. Thats the second one gone in the same way. I have a check list but was distracted in conversation, broke a routine and 'dats the name of that tune' Still in the process of "becoming" Logo. Ps signature remains the same, until proven otherwise. EDIT Reagon reference was Trust but verify. forgot that.

Big Mac, I have a 10'6 by 30'' sup tri, 9'2 by 29" sup tri and my go to board, most of the time, 9'7" by 30", sup quad. I hardly use the the 10'6" any more but once I reach the geometric{ rather than linear learning} endpoint. I will take the 10'6 out and dance the board.. the only way to get the tanker to turn and perform. Hoping the flat is only seasonal and some decent swell arrive…once a waterman..always a waterman….

Mel, sounds like a reasonable second career, helping your fellow man and such.

I once acted as an enabler for my dear departed friend Beebop The Raisin. Logo joined that conversation and there was also a note in the thread that suggested that Beebop's story might be a harbinger of legalized weed. I would take umbrage if I didn't live in Colorado.
