When I read your post I missed the part where you mentioned shots and I had written a big spiel about injections before I noticed it. How many times did you try injections? It takes a while to dial in a dose and the shots don't work as well when you are freaked out (adrenaline is an antidote for the drugs in the injections). Most of the guys on the forum who inject use a combination drug called "trimix". Is that what you tried?

Assuming you gave injections a fair trial and they really didn't work then the next step would be to talk to your doctor about an implant. When injections don't work it is usually a vascular problem, not damage to the erectile nerves. It would probably be a good idea for you to look for a doctor who specializes in ED problems at this point. If you tell us what city you live in we might be able to recommend a doctor nearby. In NYC that would be Dr John Mulhall at Memorial Sloan Kettering Medical Center.

Have your doctor write a prescription for a Pos-T-Vac. Your insurance may cover the cost.

I can relate. Celibacy has become my new normal. There have been a few injection caused semi-successes over these 14 months, but it hardly seems worth the bother to me. If I could generate enough interest- and I surely thought earlier I would end up going this route if still having poor results this far out- I would already be looking into the penile implant. I hear many are happy with that. But since the few successes (kind of) I've had have not really even felt good(felt wonderful right before surgery-- sigh), and since my menopausal wife is fine without any of that, I really have to wonder if it would be worth another surgery and recovery and possible complications. BTW, I can get hard as a rock with a pump all by itself. But that all feels pretty awful, so I have given that approach up also.

But what about you? Have you managed to have any orgasms? Did they feel good? At your young age, you probably have a real desire to keep things going, so maybe an implant- going bionic- would be just what you need? I would def be looking into that if it still felt good. And I still have not ruled it out 100%, but I am not looking into it yet either.
