I have been having poor results with my trimix now after using it for several years.

My current Trimix is "Standard" Strength.

My Uro said he would look into a stronger mix for me and also suggested maybe trying "Quad Mix"

Does anyone have experience with "Quad Mix" ?

Sorry I have no experience but I'm interested in any responses. my DH couldn't use trimix as it was too painful . I asked his ED doc for quadmix with lidocaine as the fourth iingredient but he hasn't heard of it and doesn't prescribe it. So we're using bimix now but it doesn't work as well as trimix.

I hope some people with experience chime in soon.

I have quad mix in the highest concentration known to man. (I'll get you the numbers.)
I wanted a no-holds-barred, full-on test to see if I could manage without going to a pump. Sadly, the results proved I was, and after 4 years, always will be, a leaker.
That was a sad test for me. I wish I could install only a check valve instead reaming it out and putting in the prosthetics.

I still have some q-mix in the freezer and gave some away during the last gathering.

It was called Trimix and Quadmix cocktails.
Here is the excerpt. (This was before I knew I was a leaker)

I have been using injections with minimal success and. I kept increasing the dose and never received anything worthy of a modicum of bragging rights.
At one of the GFMPH gatherings we had a discussion session comparing notes and strength and efficacy of the various blends.
We are all different. A dose that did nothing for me (0.05 of single strength) was enough for anther guy to enjoy for more than an hour.
I recently talked to a well informed pharmacist and have a new blend coming.
My script is stronger than your script. As one guy said: “Whooo eee! That’s enough to make the Mississippi River get hard!”

I'm using the Trimix double strength formula. With a 30-guage insulin syringe, I get a pretty good erection with 40 units and it lasts about an hour or hour and a half. Of course, that's IF I hit the sweet spot when stabbing the syringe in. Sometimes I get very little plumpness and then realize I failed to hit the target. It's annoying to waste 40 units of Trimix (2x) on a bad shot. mad By the way, 40 units is an improvement for me. Initially, I needed 90 units of 2x to get anything useable.

I just threw my trimix away which worked ONE TIME (standard even at 80mg) I just got the Quadmix and did a 35 mg with the 1/2 12mm 30 needle and actually got a boner that lasted only a few minutes, but I was happy to see Mr Happy again. I am staggering days now and going to up increasingly every other day or so. I tried the cock ring, pills and pump as well as the trimix to no avail and thought for sure I was sunk! I will keep updated feel free to email yaaaayyyy PS no side effects at all!!!
