Although our diet is generally good (little red meat, more fish, olive oil, vegetables, fruit, and whole grains), I want to switch our diet to more of a Med diet. My husband has been eating lots of egg whites for breakfast in an effort to build up protein intake. Now we see that eggs are bad for prostate cancer. What do you eat, especially for a quick breakfast? (I eat Greek nonfat yogurt with fresh fruit but my husband won't touch it)
