jump in psa 6 weeks after biopsy

just had a psa done 6 weeks post biopsy went from 6.2 to 7.3 previous was 5.9 8 weeks before the 6.2 biopsy result was one g6 at 7% of one core out of 14 uro appt tommororow in an increase at 6weeks a result of biopsy? Thanks

It's possible. They do lots of bad things to the prostate during a biopsy. Plus there might be a minor infection going on.
Do ask the doc about
it, but likely nothing to really worry about
at the moment.
