6 months in. PSA now showing a drop. 3 month test was about 3.6. 6 month test at 1.98.

Minor urinary SE's. Take Rapaflo about 2 X a week and am pretty good with that.

Not quite normal sexually. Some variability, but even with daily low dose Cialis (5 mg) things are not what they were just prior to treatment. On occasion, things feel almost the same as pre-treatment days. More often, they don't. Adding ED drugs before does not seem to have much affect, and cause headaches. Things more likely to improve or get worse over time? I would guess not get better - but can hope.

Good to see the PSA drop! I can't quite recall when I stopped taking Rapaflo, but did do so over time and I suspect eventually you will as well. I would say that I have just the tiniest bit of urgency almost three years later, but very, very manageable.

I can't give you much guidance on the sexual side since I was on HT so there was zilch going on in that department. But post-HT everything works normally, although things feel somewhat different. Not bad, just different.

I wish you continued good luck with your PSA and hope the other symptoms ease with time.

Works Out: This is coming from an LDR guy. That said, after weaning completely off of Flomax, SEs became close to pre treatment, normal. Never had the need for Cialis. Glad to hear your PSA is on a downward trend.

I had some ups and downs sexually post HDR treatment. I saw marked improvement about 11 months post-treatment. So, I think your hope for improvement is well placed.
