PSA after 4 years

After 4 years following brachytherapy and IMRT, my PSA is 0.4. According to Dr. Sylvestor, my PSA may not fall to < 0.2 because I have a moderately large median lobe that did not receive seeds.
I am pleased with my results but it is still stressful.

Mine didn't fall to 0.2 until year 5. There's no magic number, but .5 is certainly prognostic for non-recurrence.

You are still in a downward trend, looks fantastic to me. Congrats.
With radiation as your primary treatment, you still have a prostate and it can and will produce small amounts of PSA. You look to be still headed toward your nadir, so life is good.
