Scrotum Met

Is there such a thing as met in the scrotum...
If there is, how does it manifest itself.

I'm asking because I have developed a couple of miniature BB like nodules under the skin of my scrotum...
Never had such before...

It could also be thrombosed surface veins. Those are often visible as well as palpable. (They show as small blue lumps in the skin.) In any event, what they are not is prostate cancer metastases. Might be worth mentioning to your doctor next time you see him.
