Hi All

5 SBRT treatments. The last on being on 4/22. Experiencing quite a bit of fatigue.

What's the word on how long it lasts

Normally just a couple of weeks.

Walking, and exercise helps.

It looks like your PSA continued to drop over several years. Is that typical. My first PSA test after the treatment will not be until August. Hoping for a nice drop.

It's a rare SE with SBRT - are you sure it's from the radiation? Sometimes stress can cause it. At any rate, plenty of exercise should help get rid of it.

Not certain. Could be anxiety over the whole cancer issue.

Very likely. As for the PSA, it has its own time schedule. Mine took 5 years to reach 0.2. It doesn't matter how fast it drops or if there are bounces along the way.

Very typical. RT takes a long time.

You might want to call your doctor. I was having a few issues about a month out of my RT. My PCP had me take sleeping pills for a week to reset my sleep schedule. Worked well.
