I would like to help you.
I'm assuming that BPH, prostatitis, etc. were ruled out as causes for rising psa.
Here are the underwriting issues to overcome.
Diagnosis of ASAP - Are there definitive notes, pathology etc from August 2014 that rule out ASAP, or were those your doctors comments?
Has your doctor ever mentioned "high grade PIN" to you or any other possible causes?
The PSA reading through the roof...was it greater than 15?
Do you have another biopsy scheduled?
If yes, when?
What companies have you applied to so far?
From an underwriting standpoint, you may still be a postpone with many companies as most want to see a 1-3 year window before they will consider, others won't look until age 50 or beyond....but there may be a few.
If you want to stop by my site or give me a call, I would want a copy of the medical records, and will reach out to my underwriting contacts for consideration. Thank you.
