You will probably have a great recovery. I didn't do anything diet related as I have a "strong coffee addiction" & it was difficult to cut back to one a day ;)
As you would know, pelvic floor exercises are required when the catheter is removed and are probably most most benefical thing. Don't lift anything until advised (week 6 or later) or I think you can trigger an incisional hernia, no matter how good you feel.
