If you had salvage radiation w/ ADT, what was your psa about 6 months after ADT ended?

I have had 2 psa readings after completion of salvage radiation and ADT therapy. 5 months after the ADT hormone therapy (Lupron) ended, my psa remains undetectable at 0.012, and my testosterone level is normal.

I wanted to find out if there is any data that shows what percentage of patients have an undetectable psa (less than 0.1) at this time point, and how many of those keep their undetectable status a year or more into the future.

If someone has any information, that would be helpful.

Meanwhile, I want to ask fellow members what their psa level was at about 6 months after completion of ADT therapy, if you had this hormone therapy at about the same time as the salvage radiation. And where is your psa today after a number of years?

My PSA remained undetectable for about a year after ADT was stopped after 18 months on it...Then it came back and slowly began to rise. I was put back on ADT, first lupron alone, then Casodex was added and it once again was undetectable for almost a year, went up to 1.1 and Casodex was replaced by Zytiga which pushed it back down to undetectable for the last 14 months..But I know it's just a matter of time...

Have always been <0.01

My treatment is in my sig. Now, 2+ years after getting off Eligard my testosterone has not rebounded for diddly but my PSA rose almost 300% in 3 months to 0.08ng/dL.

I took Casodex for three months during SRT but no Lupron. My first PSA test about three months after SRT was 0.00 and it remained at 0.00 for 4 years. Unfortunately PSA became detectable again two years ago and has made a sudden jump from .04 to .23 between April and October this year. You may have better long-term luck, given that I had SVI and most of one side of prostate involved at time of surgery.
