Good Experience with Canadian Pharmacy

I'm in the US. After my Davinci surgery the surgeon prescribed 5mg Cialis every other day. The pills were costing $4 each under my then current Indemendence Blue Cross plan. After my employers change to Cigna Health they were not covered at all. Full cost at a CVS pharmacy was $8 per pill.

As the Cialis was doing its job I started researching Canadian pharmacies. First one I tried seemed to have decent reviews and a decent price about $3 per pill. It required a prescription. However after ordering online with a credit card I received an email indicating that they now only accept checks or ACH debits. That turned me off so I cancelled the order. This seller was not actuall a pharmacy but a distributor that had the orders filled by a variety of other pharmacies.

In doing more research I found (name deleted) who is an actuall pharmacy from what I can tell. The cost there was about the same $4 as under the Blue Cross plan but with out any coverage. Experience was good with prompt shipment. They also required a prescription.

For the refill I asked to try a generic Tadifil. The cost was about $1.10 per pill. It also arrived promptly although a few days longer than the first prescription. The package has a US Customs form attached with a stamp indicating that it was for prescription drugs for personal use.

Can't tell any difference between the Cialis and the generic Tadifil. All in all a good experience with the pharmacy.

When will the generic (Tadalafil) become available in the USA? The patent may have expired by now...

I used a Canadian Pharmacy the past two orders of Cialis 5Mg daily. I saved 65% over U.S. costs. Yes they wanted a copy of a check and Prescription but everything went smoothly.

I got some "Viagra" from a Canadian pharmacy. The pills were manufactured in India, generics and were only labeled as sildenafil.

They work fine though, just as good as name brand and nice and cheap.

I paid about 3 times that for generic 20mg tablets that I cut into 4 yielding 40 cents per 5mg dose instead of $6+ for 5mg in the US. Thought I was getting a good deal, you paid less than half that per dose. Expect an Email from me about a year from now when I need to re-order.

BILL C probably has a better option but I paid $75 for (48) 100mg generic Viagra. Seems to work the same.

While you are waiting for someone to get back to you by email about their favorite pharmacy, you might want to check out the pharmacy price search engine goodrx.com. I think you might be surprised at how inexpensive sildenafil can be if you shop around.

I entered my local zip code and specified "sildenafil" as the drug I was looking for. (It will show "sildenafil (generic Revatio)" as the drug.) It listed several places where I can get 20mg pills for less than fifty cents each. To get a 100mg dose I'd have to take five at a time but that makes the price less than $2.50 a dose.

I've gone bionic and my implant is not impressed by sildenafil but if I were to buy it I would be able to print out a coupon offered by GoodRx and take it plus my prescription from my doctor to a grocery store pharmacy less than two miles from my house and get 20mg generic sildenafil -- 90 tablets -- for $44.52. That's 18 100mg doses.

You have to get your doctor to write the scrip for sildenafil 20mg generic allowed and you have to print out any coupon they mention. GoodRx has negotiated prices with pharmacies and the coupon identifies you as part of the group that gets the negotiated price.
