That is true, Bob, but one can be "cured" and not have a zero PSA. Consider the man who has never had PCa. . . his PSA is probably greater than zero, too. Don't confuse the endpoints used to signify cure with the cure itself. Yes, for surgical patients, undetectable PSA is indicative of cure. But for radiation (or any of the other non-surgical treatment) patients, since they still have prostates, their PSA will not be zero, but they CAN be cured. As long as PSA drops and stays down over the long term, the patient is considered cured.
I'd say you are really close to that point.
