fat in prostate

In my husband's MRI, the urologist found a small pirad 5 suspicious spot. He took 5 samples from the fusion biopsy and found no cancer but some fat. Does anyone know about fat in prostate? Or is it possible that the urologist missed the spot? (Where could the needles go?) Thanks in advance!

Allen, thank you for your reply. We went to another urologist for a second opinion. He said it was weird too so suggested my husband to take another MRI and fusion biopsy in early March. I will keep you posted. My best wishes to all of you here.
