Last Thursday our brother Eric passed away, I so miss our long Skype sessions . His loving spirit and compassion grabbed the hearts of so many.

Eric was a Godsend to me when I was first diagnosed with advanced cancer. He help me realize that you have to deal with the cards you have. I will miss him. Listed below (if I did it right) is a PDF file from Eric that was posted on another web sight. They stated that we are free to share it with others.

Others tell me not to worry. My response is, "Show me where
the switch is to turn off the worry, and I'll be more than happy
to do it."

I live alone, so I have little to distract me from the constant
reminders of what's happening to me. And very few friends
left.

I never realized how simple and idyllic my life seemed before
the diagnosis.

It's always sad to hear of the loss of one of our Healing Well brothers ...

There is an old proverb that states:

"You may lose the battle, on the battlefield of life ... but that does not mean you were defeated personally."
