What did I do wrong on the link?
It's a little hard to type here, since the forum's software will interpret what I type! I'll type it here using curly brackets{} instead of the actual square brackets[]. Everywhere here that you see a curly one, use a square one for the actual post.
So, to make a plain link clickable, you use two simple tags, like this. One turns it on, the second turns it off.
{url}https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28359098{/url}
To give the link a name other than itself, it's like this:
{url=https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28359098}Better name{/url}
With actual square brackets, both of those look like this:
/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28359098Better nameThis works with a lot of other things, for example underscore {u}followed by {/u}, or bold {b} followed by {/b}.
