AUS Revision Uro Recommendation

Anyone have a recommendation for a Uro that has done hundreds of AUS 800 revision surgeries successfully. I live in Reno and we don't have any nearby. Expect the closest will be The Bay Area but I would be willing to travel anywhere to get the best.
Had my AUS for going on 7 years and leakage has gradually increased. Use no more than one pad daily. But, if I do anything with lots of stress I will completely fill one pad.

Sorry, can't help you with a referral TG but I am another AUS buddy just chiming in.
I am planning on moving back to the Bay Area next month after being away for 37 years so I will be watching your thread with interest in case I have to follow your path in the coming years.

Definitely we can meet up. We are looking into living in Alameda. My PSA is on the rise after being undetectable for 4 1/2 years so I will looking for a RO when I get there.

A real bonus of joining HW is meeting your fellow PCa brothers.
Besides going to GFMPH get togethers, meeting other members when they come to your area is such a pleasure.

I met Mel (Compiler) and his wife when he was near me a couple of years ago and Lupron Jim, RIP brother. Billy Bob lives just a couple of miles from me.

I have an appointment with my surgeon, Dr. Vipul Patel next week. He likes to meet with any of his patients that have recurrence. I will try to get a recommendation from him for a RO near Oakland.

The good news is I will be living a couple of miles from the Raiders/A's stadium. I have been a Raider fan for 45 years and will be able to see some games before they move to Vegas.

I'm not sure how many are revisions, but, during my initial consult with Dr. Peterson at the Duke Cancer Center, he said he's doing 75-100 AUS annually.

Dr Timothy Boone at Methodist Hospital in Houston. He redid mine from a scewup at another hospital here in Houston. Said he gets everybody's screw-ups..ha ha.
He is the head guy also at the Baylor College of Medicine Urology Dept as well.

I was told by my doc to expect a possible redo at 5-7 years. Hope you find a great doc.

I'm at year 7 and its seems to work the same.. It can last up to 15 years per Dr. Boone... so I'm hoping this one lasts a little while longer... knock on wood.

Dr. Volzke in Seattle is one of the best, he's out of Harborview Hospital and the University of Washington.

Like Neo, my AUS was done by Dr. Timothy Boone of Methodist Houston. Incontinence after prostatectomy is one of his areas of specialty. He did my original implant in jan 2011 and then a smaller cuff about 2013-2014.
While both the original and now the revision to a smaller cuff worked great for a the first year, leakage returned slowly. I will probably be back to see him in the not too distant future.
I still have the option of a double cuff arrangement.
If you have never been to the Texas Medical Center in Houston it worth the trip just for that.
